[Exhib] L ’ island of Bendor & video under l ’ water

It is fifteen years since j ’ left my native Paris to join MrSirban in the Var and we n ’ had never done var sets Islands. My man grew up in Toulon and attended them much in childhood. For my part, j ’ had visited Porquerolles during family holidays during the ’ teens. That's that partly corrected tourist oversight ! I invite you to follow us on l ’ island of Bendor, off the coast of Bandol.

To go to the ’ island, There is a tiny crossing to boat. She is not even ten minutes. The longest part is to get out of the port ! We can s ’ go over the bridge or sit in the maritime shuttle. We opted for the second option with my likes and I n ’ Miss m ’ showing off in front of the captain installed to the control station. Personally, We found the relatively expensive crossing for the short time spend on the boat : 13 € per person when buying tickets on the Internet. Otherwise, It's 15 € direct purchase.

L ’ island of Bendor was purchased by Paul Ricard (the father of Pastis) in 1950. C ’ is a pebble of seven hectares separated from Bandol by an arm of the sea. Everything is done in feet. C ’ is tiny, but really cute : a chimera of Provence with its craftsmen, its place and its fountain, its pink houses at the Mediterranean tiles and some statues d ’ Roman inspiration. L ’ island is also an ode to Paul Ricard. Can't live in the region without hearing about him from the Calanques of Cassis at le Castellet. It has very many possessions. There are many things to see and visit for free. Honestly, j ’ was pleasantly surprised, I m ’ expected to find large ’ thing. Oddly enough, l ’ island is quiet, as cut off from the world and out of time. We believe that the cost of crossing curbs families and some tourists. The midi, We had lunch at the Bendor range, where we spent the entire ’ afternoon enjoying d ’ a sea at 25 / 26 ° and in the evening, We had dinner at the Grand Large, a restaurant very romantic setting to the glow of candles with amazing views of l ’ horizon. After the discovery of the places, We asked our butts on the beach n ’ in not took off until ’ evening, We went in the direction of the restaurant.
