In 2019, We discovered during a two-week trip, The Arabian Peninsula, and more specifically Oman. We really liked the landscapes, gastronomy, The people we met there (read the article). In 2022, We wanted to see the westernized and flashy counterpart of this region of the world.

About the country, we liked it even if Oman has our preference, because it's authentic, picturesque and traditional. We took a cultural and nature trip to a place known as the temple of shopping ! We visited historic districts, museums like the Louvre, A palace or a superb place of worship. We climbed to the top of the tallest tower in the world. We had a blast in a water park.
We did Dune Bashing In the desert with the 4×4, an introduction to falconry or boating in the mangroves. Budget level, Everything is possible. We made restaurants in 5/7 € the meal, but for dinner around the fountains, The minimum price is 200 €. It all depends on the journey you can experience !
In terms of ecology, It's a world of paradox. There are factories in the mangroves, Artificial mountains and islands… and besides that, there is the reintroduction and protection of endemic animals that have virtually disappeared. There is no water problem despite the omnipresence of the desert. Groundwater is filled.
