[New home] Naughty neighbor to the garden

As you know, We moved this June 1 2013 ! We have changed Department and moved from France to the Var. However, before you go, We picked a few roses Tabarly (If you have the opportunity, These roses are beautiful and fragrant) the rose we had planted in the old House. I wanted to make you enjoy (Unfortunately, the scent of the roses cannot be transmitted by internet).

The new House is really nice, and we like a lot to them both. The garden is very nice with a beautiful cherry tree, who treats us everyday at this time ! We remain tenants and don't count the hurdle of the property, It causes a lot of constraints we n ’ want to undergo, as : spend a lot of time in multiple crafts, improvements and repairs deci beyond and many ’ money that won't go away in Nice trips and memories to create the weekend.

We n ’ have never been materialists and becoming an owner n ’ is not a dream in itself. In addition, the region is expensive. We don't we would perhaps not posed these questions elsewhere in France ! Here, a House like this cost in the 450 000/500 000 € and we don't want to get into debt on 25-30 years, one third of our life, for a simple passage of life on this earth ! The rental, c ’ is certainly throw l ’ money down the drain, but without constraints associated with, Since ’ they come back almost all the owner ! We'll regret it maybe on our old days, but Carpe Diem, We've always lived l ’ now !
