[Exhib] My Cannes Film Festival

As part of the 69th international film festival, category “A certain look”, Lilli made his cinema : It is a festival of stripping and flashing on the Croisette !

This year, the Cannes film festival takes place from the 11 may at the 22 may 2016. We were in Cannes with my beloved, MrSirban for the weekend. We saw preparations for the famous rise of markets and many moving trucks bringing small Follies for celebrities living on the property ! Cannes, It is also the luxury car show. Not as much as in Monaco, but one admired Ferrari, Lamborghini, Morgan and other beautiful English, Bentley… Let's get full the Peepers !

MrSirban love challenging myself small to show off and there, It has not failed. His eyes sparkle, I see in his face that he wants to make a mistake… And it is therefore natural that he wanted me to do a naughty exhibition at the Cannes Festival. The challenge ! I exhibited with the complicity of my man photographing from the sidewalk in front just before the Palace of Festivals. It was difficult to achieve, because there are a lot of people to this period and in particular, Oh, really (but really) A lot (but really a lot) Security and police officers, because between Vigipirate and the enhanced surveillance, the number of stars present and tourists, they must ensure. In addition, the city is video-monitored.

I also discovered the “walk of fame” Cannes, If it is less imposing than Hollywood, Some stars have left their footprints as Luc Besson or Jean-Paul Belmondo. On the plate of Besson, There is a small Dolphin, as a tribute to the big blue, very fun !

Cannes, This isn't only the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, It is also a typical provencal village with all the charm that implies. There is an old city built on a hill, the Sucquet, with its small alleys of medieval origin. It is the oldest neighborhood in the city. This place is very nice. We go up by some calades or stairs.

The ascent is full of charm, I enjoyed myself there. I really liked an overhung door of a Knight helmet. She has something enigmatic. Curious that I am, I am eager to do research about. This is the Tower of the mask. According to the legend, the man in the iron mask - supposed twin brother of Louis XIV by Voltaire- is would be refuge in this tour after fleeing the island Sainte-Marguerite Marseille. There would be dead, a skeleton and a balaclava were found in oblivion a couple of years ago, and the most frightful trickster would always haunt places according to the inhabitants of the district, who would hear strange noises and see apparitions and unexplained lights ! Boooouuuuh ! To be more rational, It is a square Tower of the 12th century well preserved and quite restored from outside. It is private and does not visit unfortunately.

Arrive at the top has to be earned : a hundred markets for athletes or the steep streets for the lazy, but it's worth. The view is incredible ! Once at the Castle, it dominates the Bay of Cannes : view of the port and the city. I recommend it. The castle in question belonged to the monks of Lérins and now houses the Museum of the Castre housing collections of art of the city. We did not visit.

Myself on le Suquet Hill has been neither easy, neither won given the number of people visiting the site. Cannes is a city very monitored and video-monitored ! We came down around 11:45, quietly, because we booked for 12:30 in the restaurant Palme d'Or, at hotel Martinez. He needed us to get changed in the car parked in the parking lot to put something less casual. 13 years, to celebrate !

My beloved put an outfit that I like a lot : black pants, shirt with edging and beautiful shoes, and me, I opted for a little short white dress, My Wolford Satin Touch bottom and Blade Casadei pumps pink, in order to bring a touch of gaiety and peps. From the restaurant, It has an amazing view on the Croisette, our table in front of the Bay window. We had a magical time, out of time. The meal consists of five dishes very finely worked and a variety of appetizers and desserts. In all, There are a dozen dishes to discover. To accompany these culinary jewels, We opted for two bottle : a white wine and a red wine. We ate crab, mackerel and lamb as a main dish and a dessert in two ways on the theme of the cutter for MrSirban and chocolate for me. The service is perfect, friendly and with a smile !

We started lunch at 12:30 and 15:10, We ended up only. We saw not time pass so it was good and nice. A moment suspended in time. Problem… We had an appointment with a naughty of Twitter, Lollypop, at 14:30 for a drink. We did not think that the meal would last almost three hours. I removed my socks in the bathroom, because I was too hot with, and I saw Lollypopdaddy in the corridors of the Martinez coming our way. I recognized him immediately !

We went to have a drink right next to the restaurant. Lollypop is a charming and touching woman. She is adorable. Looks like a little doll rock'roll. The feeling immediately well between us three. Darling took a few shots and asked us to show us the coffee.

It was found that the embarrassment cost 18 €, While they are 2 € more expensive at Radisson Blu 360 °, where the view is amazing from the rooftop of the hotel. We decided to go there. This has been the opportunity of new exhibitions on the Croisette in front of luxury shops and passers-by.

At the Radisson Blu 360, We fell in love with the panorama. It is superb ! The lounge bar is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and offers incredible views of the Bay of Cannes, The Esterel and the Lérins Islands. Lollypop and MrSirban took a Mojito and I, a Cosmopolitan. Since I had a feeling of omniscience in Barcelona with this cocktail, I try again from time to time, but it no longer works and yet, omniscience is an unattainable dream that I fed since my childhood, time that I was reading the articles of the encyclopedia Universalis as we read a good novel.

We parted to 20 hours. MrSirban was hungry, but me, not at all and yet, skip a meal ever happens to me. I am regimophobe and eating is a pleasure without a name. Here, I felt too bad. I was taken to strong earthquakes because of the violence of the migraine. We went to McDonalds, Darling took a hamburger and I, I haven't eaten anything, just three or four chips. On the way back, I was very nauseous until finally being sick on… the Croisette (Rock' n'roll, I throw up consumerism lol) then in our hotel room. After, It was a little better, even though I kept the headache for three days. Despite a night complicated for my organization, I spent a wonderful day. It was magic !
