Wednesday 20 August, We decided to walk with my darling. It hesitated where and it decided the night before : Lake of Sainte-Croix in the Verdon, a superb corner.
The Lake is majestic, landlocked in the pre-Alps, huge. It's an artificial E.D.F Lake. One of the peculiarities of the place is his village swallowed up to the water fund, of rooms-on-Verdon. Nothing shines through from the outside. Peace and quiet reign supreme and yet, When bathing, can be surnageons we homes, schools and old churches swallowed up forever.
We arrived around noon and decided to move away from the family beach picnic. We found no wrong a nice, but the families were still very present. No possible naughty photos : children, dogs, Grandma… everything is there !
After three quarters of hour walk, along the Lake and beaches, We found our little corner of paradise. There were a few people : 3 Couples, a single Lady, fishermen, a few boats and especially, important thing for us, No child or adolescent in sight. The beaches of the Lake are no longer “friendly naturist” Since 2014 and are exposed to a fine of 38 € to 135 € (in the case of fixed fine) by any naked If the police catches us. I refer you to an article of France 3 referring to the ban of nudism on the beaches of the Lake of St. Croix since 2014 (read the article), as well as the newspaper Var Matin (read the article).
We first opted for option “Jersey”, wisely, before noticing that one of the couples present was… naked as a jaybird ! We decided to show solidarity and fall the Jersey ! It's so much nicer to be in the simplest device, dressed in skin, on a beach and bathe as well. Have you ever found that the Jersey was unpleasant as soon as it is waterlogged ? It becomes heavy, soft and for girls, It tends to send us water live in the Kitty and it's Super unpleasant…
The water was pretty good, in the 22 °, Crystal clear and full of curious fish. Only downside… stones which kill the feet. Apart from this detail, It's paradise ! Swim and sunbathe naked in a place like this, It has no price (unless you get caught by the police of course !).
Light that we choquions person, We had the opportunity to do some erotic photos on the beach. A couple next to us looked. He didn't tell us to stop or other. It has offended no one.
After photos, We went to bathe us, then new sunbathing. At one point, a man was in his boat, Honey asked me to spread your legs in its passage. I'm running, had fun. We were surprised to find that he wasn't in the way, but… that it is flushed the eye after ! The shy ! The reaction of the people is sometimes funny anyway !
Safety precaution, our jerseys at hand have been preserved. When new people come, We turn them over so as not to shock them and if they had children we would not have seen.
We had a great day, even though we got lost at some point. It's been a long time since we've been there. If you pass in the Verdon, feel free to make a stop around this lake ! You should not be disappointed.

and well great you are so right to enjoy these things places I am also coming around the corner in camper and inflated my canoe to visit these beautiful places , really serious these absurd regulations , There is so much good, and as you say we are adult in order not to upset the children ,,j'd so go again this weekend to relax away from the crowds ,, and find those corners of paradise , Bravo , excellent photos , friendship has you two jean luc

We're libertine, but we know stand. When we go to the Lake of Ste-Croix, It is to lie and sunbathe all naked and not for coquiner. There are corners less expose that the shores of the Lake.

We are in Salernes this summer and go to the Lake of Ste Croix (Personally I've been coming for 30 years).
Alas, This year, they shut down the old road of the rooms (the path just after the last hairpin arriving at the Lake by Aups) who is forbidden to all motorized traffic !
What a disappointment ! I was going on a good remote range (5 good car on the stony track minutes) where even in the month of August, We could find only one in the world and practice naturism safely !
Now, He would have to walk at least 45 min to access. And, as you mentioned in your comments, the beaches are covered in pebbles so impossible to access walk with picnic, the mattresses to protect themselves from rocks, towels, etc….
Brief…see all concentrated on the family beaches that no longer have any interest in my eyes !
So I will stop coming to the Lake of Ste Croix because I'm tired of depriving us of our freedoms !

Last year, already, more no beach was naturist and not bad you had to walk (almost an hour) to access small coves where naturists coexisted textiles (without children), with more or less of tolerance. We had our swimsuits at hand, because be caught naked by an agent could result in a fine. Almost anything !
It's a shame. Yes, We have been having with the pebbles, It is very unpleasant. If we go back, We will plan appropriate shoes, because having sore feet bathing removes the fun.

We found a nice Creek on the road between bauduen and Sainte-Croix dam. A road starts on the right hairpin in the 3rd left turn (After a hotel on a Lake) starting from the crossing serving the rooms and Bauduen. Reached the end of, There is a parking lot and going down the path on the left (on the right, everyone will) and bypassing the EDF site on the left at the bottom of the path, There are a few nice and isolated coves. Nous y sommes allés avant-hier et avons pu faire du naturisme sans problèmes. Il n’y a que 10 min de marche.
Il est conseillé d’emmener des matelas confortables pour s’étendre sans supporter les cailloux ! 🙂

Il faudra qu’on étudie ça lorsque nous serons rentrés, car le cadre est vraiment superbe et se baigner en maillot est une vraie contrainte 🙁 10 minutes de marche est autrement plus correct que l’heure que nous avions faite la dernière fois. Surtout que, si y aller est un plaisir, revenir est plus compliqué à gérer ! Bisouxxx
