Naughty : exhibits them in the public garden

To celebrate my birthday, MrSirban surprised me with a delicious lunch in a gourmet restaurant. The gourmet tête-à-tête over, we opted for a digestive walk in Nîmes. We never did a naughty tour. A few years ago, we had seen a gladiatorial show at the Arena. This time, discover the Jardins de la Fontaine.

It is with a plump and overfilled stomach that we digest under a 38° sun. Lunch consisted of a dozen courses (Appetizer, entries, dishes, Entremet, Desserts, Appetizers). We hesitate between visiting the Maison Carrée, return to the Arena or… Drag yourself through the paths of a shady garden. The latter option prevails. The gates crossed, We are amazed by the place. This area reminds me of the Buttes-Chaumont in Paris. I lived five minutes away on foot. Under the spell, I show off my charms. If you don't see a charm in it, there are Aleppo pines and holm oaks !

We end the visit with some exhibits in the cave of the Jardins de la Fontaine. There are significantly fewer people in this picturesque corner. It's relaxing not to take too many risks. The cave is artificial. Views have been set up to admire the city and the gardens. Like the rest of the park, She is very pretty.

We don't regret having chosen this walk instead of the Arenas. We appreciated the classical part of the 18th century as well as the 19th. We didn't think we'd be exhibiting after having a blast in the gastronomic restaurant. The gardens are too beautiful to just stroll around.
