[Exhib] Avignon : Meeting “Twitter”

There are several weeks of this, a small group of followers suggested we lunch in the city of the Popes to meet around a good table. Over the days, This small group has grown, and we went to ten in total this Saturday 9 may : GégéP95, Sailing, Tigress111213, BellaGirl35, RiquetEric, Geofbiz, my man MrSirban, ELYSA Exhib and Enrique.

The problems have occurred in each other : health, family, animals, job… and the suspense held until the last day. We were committed to come, but in the meantime, our cat has had two days of hospitalization, where he almost died. We went to pick it up Saturday just before joining the merry band in Avignon.

We arrived at 1: 30 p.m. instead of originally planned 12:30. The foo and ladies were kindly waiting for us before the meal. We had a drink and got to know “in real” putting faces, voices, expressions on nicknames. Our friends Elysa and Enrique joined us later, around 16:00. It was a super nice meal, We had a great time together, lots of laughs and good mood. The feeling went very well with the entire group.

The foo have also spoiled the girls by offering them great gifts. GégéP95, Sailing, Riqueteric and Geofbize offered Bella Hypnotic Poison, a book on Céline Dion to Tiger and the little black dress for me. I thank them from the bottom of the heart, It's adorable and touching attention. I'm a fan of perfume, I have a dozen. I've always loved the fragrance sweet and feminine of the small dress. MrSirban became their accomplice to guide them in the choice, the secret was well kept, because I'm absolutely not expected and I was very honored and surprised to receive this beautiful present.

The meal was over, We went for a walk in Avignon, until the papal Castle. We are exhibited with my friend Elysa in the square of the Castle and gardens.

The merry band was delighted and surprised to see how were showing them off : in the middle of the people to the extent where there are no children. You can discover pictures of Elysa on its site. There were a lot of people. It was exciting to show off in front of tourists, looking at times amused sometimes indifferent.

Everybody doesn't, but as soon as 1305, There has been violent disputes within the Vatican leading a schism. The Western church became two-headed : a Roman papacy, Vatican, and an Avignon papacy, French, in 1316. The construction of the Palace of the Popes began under Benedict XII in 1335. The papacy returned to Rome that eighty-three years later, sounding the death knell for what is called the “Great Schism”. If you have the opportunity, feel free to visit. It is a beautiful and rich, well preserved and restored frequently, to better understand the pontifical operation.

The small group ended by themselves gradually dispatcher, at the end we were more than six : GégéP95, Sailing, Enrique, ELYSA Exhib, MrSirban and me. We continued to show us off with my friend Elysa. The time has come to leave… a little sad, because the agreement is is very well done between us all.

ELYSA and Enrique came home for the weekend to sleep and the next day we went to Cassis.
