You won't be spoilt for choice ! There are many restaurants in the naturist village and sometimes you have to queue or book your table when possible.. Restaurants do not accept reservations, like the Bagatelle for example. Patience is mother… stomach filled ! If, it's a French expression, I assure you !
A few restaurants in Cap d'Agde (non-exhaustive list)
There is something for all tastes and all budgets. We've tried them all. We have personally tested are reported by a small asterisk (*).
- Pizzeria :
- Fish/Seafood :
- * The Horizon : beachfront, the view is breathtaking, the setting is elegant and the food is good. It is a bit expensive.
- * Zaini Beach : romantic poolside setting, sought-after and effective cocktails, it is a beautiful place with a charming setting. The patrons have changed, The place is more selective than before… and not necessarily in the best way.
- * Mississippi : beachfront, It is a fish restaurant that has changed ownership. Quality is superior. It is always good ! We haven't seen any big change.
- * Bohemia : It is located in two places facing each other by the sea. It's good value for money. I doubt it is “homemade” given the extremely varied menu. After, It's good and the portions are gargantuan ! Very nice decoration !

- meats and grills :
- * HQ : located right next to Eros, HQ put on quality meat and beautiful volumes ! Fans grills, it's for you and the staff is very friendly.
- French :
- * Istar : it is located in the Place du Bistrot. Until 11 p.m., it's a good restaurant, even if it's a bit expensive compared to the quality on the plate. Our dishes lacked a bit of seasoning. From 11 p.m., The restaurant becomes an atmospheric bar.
- * Trifle : It's a safe bet. We have never been disappointed. The quality/price ratio is there. We eat well for not too much money. There are also daily specials to vary the pleasures. Fast and efficient service.
- tapas / Boards :
- * The Desire : it is located in the place of the Cave se Rebiffe. You can nibble on tapas and drink lots of cocktails. Friendly service, a bit long, But this is their first year of opening.
- * Baskin : it sits above the pool of the Kama Sutra and offers good boards. Attractive value for money and efficient service !
- Asian :
- * Hot' not Spicy : Restaurant Thai tradition, everything is homemade and the dishes are well identified without burning down the throat, We will enjoy ! He changed places in 2024 and left Heliopolis for Port Ambonne.
- * Bangkok : Thai restaurant where everything is homemade, the dishes are good and plentiful. Flats : wine in the pitcher is a horrible piquette. Station to fragile stomachs : hole provided ! The soups are not palatable, but it's good. Not necessarily well positioned to see the parade ^^
- DeSushiCs : Japanese fusion cuisine restaurant, you will enjoy good sushi, but also of yakitori ! It's not just sushi, food is very good
- gourmet :
- * Pepper green : popular dishes, The restaurant is gourmet. We had a detestable experience in 2023 while we have always celebrated my birthday there. In 2024, we had dinner there with Groupedemecs and we had a great time. Everything was perfect.
- * Ozz Inn : food is good, their burgers are delicious ! Don't be afraid to go home, The service is not that of a gourmet restaurant, but the dishes are a treat.
- Snack :
- * Vanilla/Strawberry : in front of the Waiki Beach but also the Bagatelle restaurant, You can taste waffle, pancake, Panini, ice ! It's a good place for an afternoon snack at Cap d'Agde naturist and libertine. Good value for money.
- * The Scala : it is the rotisserie opposite the Kama Sutra. Good value for money, it's plentiful and the prices are affordable. Their chicken is good, but the fries are frozen !

The breweries-non-libertines naturist pools
- * Zaini Beach : possibility to rent sunbeds the afternoon to enjoy the pool.
- * Kama Sutra : non-libertine pool adjacent to the libertine sauna, possibility to rent a sunbed for 30 € per couple with 1 consumption per person. Reserved to the + 18 years.
- * La Bodega at Maxime's : port Ambonne, animated and musical ambience with night musicians. You can lunch or dine poolside. It's a family place. Children are often present. Prices for the restaurant are those of a brewery, It's affordable. The quality is average, It's neither good nor bad.
A few bars and cocktails
There is a plethora of bars in Cap d'Agde. You are bound to find your area of rallying. The list is not exhaustive :
- * The Pilouterie : one of the values of the Cape, especially for its festive atmosphere at night. Musicians come to interpret very different titles : the last Beyoncé in Hervé first, Villard ! Supercharged and guaranteed laughs.
- * the 1664 : a could not be more classic bar, next to a ball and the Mall, Heliopolis ! Before taking the races for rent, you will be able to quench your thirst and follow the sporting events of the moment.
- * Zaini Beach : excellent cocktails, of choice, a bird's-eye view of the naughty night parade, the terrace of the Waiki full years. It's “The place to be” !
- * the Horizon : ideal for a drink in the afternoon on the terrace overlooking the horizon.
Many offer cocktails. You can quench your thirst on the Beach also bars with private beach and sunbathing in the shade of a parasol : Sun Beach and Paralia, the Galleon…
Bars to libertine meetings
The evening, You can go in one of the two bars of libertine atmosphere :
- * Eros : sexy and elegant atmosphere, There is a close customer from Glamour. The music is good and the waitresses come out all of a magazine they are so pretty.
- * the Melrose : more relaxed, but all too sexy. The libertines can dance on the tables around the bars of Pole Dance at their disposal ! It is keyed up !
- * O'Loundge : a live DJ every night sets fire to the open air in an electric atmosphere where people easily meet over a good cocktail or dance ! Super nice atmosphere !
- * Istar : it's in the place of the Bistrot, in front of the QAKC. From 11 pm, The restaurant is transformed into an atmospheric bar with entertainment : body painting, Percussion, DJ set… The bosses insist on a libertine atmosphere of yesteryear : festive and playful.
These are bars of meetings, but it cannot be coquiner, It is forbidden ! Single men are forbidden except at O'Loundge. A sexy dress code is required : dress or skirt to the minima for the ladies, not John/basketball for men. Exception to Paralia, it's a lounge bar with private beach, you can go naked or pareo !
Gay/LGBTQI+ Dating Bars
There are also bars of friendly/LGBT gay dating.
- The Ark II : It is located next to the Bagatelle restaurant, everyone is welcome, whether you're gay, Bi, straight, transvestite, transgender !
- The Look : in the same was as the Melrose, It's a gay bar.
I can't tell you more, because I've never been, but it looks really fun when you walk past ! It has a strong atmosphere and the music is always nice.
- Our experience
This is not necessarily the big kitchen, but the libertine setting the evening is enchanting : We see the pretty outfits. It was always our favorite for restaurants 2003 that we frequent the places. On vacation, We love nor to deprive, or Cook, So we eat at the restaurant every night and sometimes at lunchtime, When we don't nibble as things ! It's part of our routine, all like the post-Cap pounds. Similarly, each evening we take our cocktail on the terrace of the Waiki-Beach.
If you want to eat properly for cheap, We opt for the Trifle, a restaurant of French cuisine. It's affordable, There's often a line, be patient ! The HQ offer delicious grills and meats but is a little more expensive.
